During your stay at the Dolomiti sul Mare Village you can taste the best of the local food and wine traditions, and discover the typical dishes of Tropea and its surroundings. Our village houses a typical Calabrian restaurant, where you can savor our local specialties.

The restaurant has a large air-conditioned room with about 300 seats, where our chef and the restaurant staff will be glad to guide you towards discovering the dishes of the local and Mediterranean tradition, cooked with passion and skill.
The Calabrian cuisine is mainly Mediterranean and consists of natural products from the land and the sea, the clever combination of which creates simple, tasty but above all genuine dishes. The main ingredients are: pulses, potatoes, tomatoes, aubergines, peppers and above all the Tropea onion, which has a sweet and unique taste. Every dish is enhanced by delicate natural spices such as oregano, fennel, rosemary and bay leaf. The Greeks called this land “Enotria”, the land of wine, which is exactly one of the regional products of excellence. However, the absolute king of Calabrian cuisine is chilli pepper, which pleases all palates!

Breakfast in our village is continental and it is served as a buffet in the restaurant. Every morning the table will be laid with a vast assortment of both sweet and savory specialties such as: homemade desserts, fresh bread and jams, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juices, cheeses and cured meats and hot beverages from the cafeteria.
from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Lunch is served entirely as a buffet and offers a wide choice of: first courses, second courses, starters, side dishes, fruit and many delicious homemade desserts. Drinks are included in Half Board and Full Board Soft All Inclusive treatments. You can have lunch with tasty but light dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Dinner includes the same service as lunch, with a rich selection of first courses, second courses, starters, side dishes and delicious desserts prepared daily by our pastry chef. Let yourself be tempted by our sweet surprises! Moreover, every week a gala dinner is organized with typical Calabrian products to enjoy the best of our food and wine tradition.
BABY SERVICES In order to meet the needs of our younger guests and their parents, the restaurant offers a baby bottle service at lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 and at dinner from 7:00 to 7:30. Don’t hesitate to tell us about all of your needs. We will be happy to help you!
Our restaurant also prepares gluten free dishes for those who suffer from gluten intolerances.
