Extra payment: sea-sight + 10% Reduction: Type B Rooms -10% Club Card: the club card is obligatory, You must pay it on arrival € 28 weekly (children 0-4 years free of charge). Restaurant: breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet formule. Drinks inclusive (1/4 wine or soft drink and ½ water per meal) The stay begins with the dinner of the arrival day and finishes with the lunch of the departure day. Baby 0-3: free of charge, meals included,cots (if required, to be paid on arrival € 50 weekly). Note: one room for 4 people: minimum 3 whole quotation or 2 whole quotations +2 with reduction;two double rooms: 3 whole quotations + 1 with reduction.

Accommodation: Type A room for 2/3/4 people and 2 double rooms for 4/5 people, all in new-built houses, equipped with fridge, TV, ventilator, bathroom with hairdryer ( some of them are with cooking area outside on the veranda), 300m from the beach , and some of them are with sea-sight. Rooms type B, renovated and new furnished in 2002, with a patio and a shared terrace. Distance from the sea: 500m.

Arrivals and departures: From Saturday to Saturday in all periods, from 06:00 pm of the arrival day to 10:00 am of the departure day.The Club Card includes: welcome-drink, entertainment with games and performances in the amphitheater, mini club, play ground, archery group courses, swimming, water-gym, aerobic and Latin American dancing courses, tennis, volleyball ( even during the night ), five-a-side-football, beach volleyball and semi-Olympic swimming-pool, with jacuzzi and children’s area; beach service ( umbrella, table, deck-chair and sun lounges with parasol per apartment,in private beach with beach lifeguard, reachable through private railway subway),pedal boats and canoe ( limited number available). Pets: free, small pets are allowed, larger pets upon request ( not admitted in shared areas ). Services and facilities: Restaurant, Bar, Market, newspaper, valuables keeping service, postal service and pharmacy service at the reception, free unguarded car-park inside. Extra charge for: Excursions to Pizzo Calabro, Tropea, Aeolian Islands, transfers, excursions, diving-centre, boat-parking, medical-service, laundry and internet. |
