To be paid on arrival: € 50 for one room apartment for 2 and 3 people; € 60 for 2 rooms apartment for 3/4 and 4/5 people; € 80 for 2 rooms apartment for 5 people, for bills ( cold and hot water, electricity, gas ) and bed linen. Bath-towels and kitchen-towels are not available. Final cleaning: € 35 for one room apartment for 2 and 3 people; € 45 for 2 rooms apartment, excepted the cooking area. ( The cooking area must be cleaned by guests; if the cooking area isn’t cleaned, deposit of € 50 will not be refunded. Deposit: to be paid on arrival € 130 (refundable). Tourist menu: € 18. Cots: on request € 50 weekly. Additional bed: € 50 in A,B,C; € 60 in D; € 70 in E; € 100 in F,G. Bath-towels: € 6 for set, only on request Club Card: the club card is obligatory, you must pay it on arrival,€ 28 weekly, (children 0-4 years free of charge).

Description of Apartments
TYPE A: new-built apartaments, all on ground floor, with ventilator, hairdryer, fridge, TV and cooking area outside on the veranda. Distance to the sea: about 300 meters. Bed linen is included, but towels are not included. You can require it in reception with an additional cost of 6 euro per person. One shared room apartment for 2 or 3 people (mq 12,00): a bedroom and a possible third bed. Two rooms apartment for 4 people (mq 28,00): a bedroom and a living room with double sofa bed, possible 5th bed in one of the two rooms. Two rooms apartment for 5 people (mq 30,00): a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and an additional bed. TYPE B: apartments with cooking area inside. Distance to the sea: about 500 m. One room apartment for 2 people (mq 13,00): a bedroom with cooking area, on the ground floor. Two rooms apartment for 3 people (mq 16,00): a bedroom, a living room with cooking area, on the ground floor. Two rooms apartment for 4 people ( mq 23,00): a bedroom, a living room with cooking area and two beds or bunk-beds on the first floor with a balcony, some of them could be with an attic in the living room with one or two beds
General conditions valid for Hotel and Residence
Arrivals and departures: From Saturday to Saturday in all periods, from 18:00 pm of the arrival day to 10:00 am of the departure day.The Club Card includes: welcome-drink, entertainment with games and performances in the amphitheater, mini club, play ground, archery group courses, swimming, water-gym, aerobic and Latin American dancing courses, table tennis, tennis, volleyball ( even during the night ), five-a-side-football, beach volleyball and semi-Olympic swimming-pool, with jacuzzi and children’s area; beach service ( umbrella, table, deck-chair and sun lounges with parasol per apartment,in private beach with beach lifeguard, reachable through private railway subway),pedal boats and canoe ( limited number available). Pets: free, small pets are allowed, larger pets upon request ( not admitted in shared areas ). Services and facilities: Restaurant, Bar, Market, newspaper, valuables keeping service, postal service and pharmacy service at the reception, free unguarded car-park inside. Extra charge for: Excursions to Pizzo Calabro, Tropea, Aeolian Islands, transfers, excursions, diving-centre, boat-parking, medical-service, laundry and internet. |
