Restaurant: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks inclusive (1/4 wine or soft drink and 1/2 water per meal)
Baby 0-3: free of charge, meals included, cots (if required, to be paid on arrival € 50,00 weekly)
Note: one room for 4 people: minimum 3 whole quotas or 2 whole quotas + 2 at 50%; 
two double rooms: 3 whole quotas + 1 with reduction.

Extra payment: sea-side + 10%
Reduction: rooms category B – 10%
Services and facilities: Restaurant,  Bar, Market, newspaper, valuables keeping service, postal service and pharmacy service at the reception, free unguarded car-park inside.
Arrivals and departures: Saturday/Saturday in all periods, from 18:00 pm. of the arrival day to 10:00 am of the departure day.  
Club Card: the club card is obligatory, to be paid on arrival € 26 weekly (children 0 – 4 years free of charge).
The Club Card includes: welcome-drink, entertainment with games and performances in the amphitheater, mini club, play ground, archery group courses, swimming, water-gym, aerobic and Latin American dancing courses, table tennis, tennis, volleyball (even during the night), five-a-side-football, beach volleyball and semi-Olympic swimming-pool, with jacuzzi and children’s area; beach service (umbrella, table, deck-chair and sun lounges with parasol per apartment inprivate beach with beach lifeguard, reachable through private railway subway), pedal boats and canoe (limited number available).
Extra charge for: transfers, excursions, diving-centre, boat-parking,  medical-service, laundry and internet.
Accommodation: bedrooms for 2/3/4 people and 2 double rooms for 4/5 people, all in new-built houses, equipped with fridge, TV, ventilator, bathroom with hairdryer (some with cooking area outside on the veranda), 300 m far from the beach and some with sea-side view. Rooms category B, renovated and new furnished in 2002, with a patio and a shared terrace. Distance from the sea: 500 m.
Pets: free,small pets are allowed, larger pets upon request (not admitted in shared areas).

Newly-weds and Seniors (65 years old): 10% discount in periods A, B, C, (not to be combined with other offers).
Long holiday: 10% discount for minimum 2 week-stay in periods A/B, not to be combined with other offers.
Period “A” and “B” - * 3/8 free: 3rd bed in room for 3 people; 4th bed in room for 4 people, 5th bed in 2 double rooms.
Single + child 8aged 3/8yers): 1 quota and half in periods A,B.
Advance booking: 10% discount for reservations executed within the 15. Mai.
