A) For the guests in the hotel and in the residence every week begins and finishes on Saturday; the guests are received from 18.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m. and they must leave their loadging in 10.00 a.m.

B) The assignment of the rooms and of the apartments is only  the dirction's competence.

C) Vehicles are not admitted inside the complex and must be parked at the fenced parking place.

D) The admission of dogs or other pets is given by the direction. If they are admitted (only with the vaccination certificate), they must be held in leash by the owner, who always answers for his pet;  they are not admitted in public places. 

E) The guests must have respect for the silence from 14.00 p.m to 16.00 p.m and from midnight to 8.00 a.m.

F) The entry is reserved to the guests of the complex Dolomiti. Possible foreigners' visits (only for a few hours) must be authorized by the direction with an admission ticket. 


BOOKINGS
1) Further information about the complex and its availability, phone the numbers 0963/391355-395858 and 800980070.
Afterwards forward the booking form by fax (0963/393009) or by a letter to: 

VILLAGGIO DOLOMITI-SS 522 per Tropea-89817 Briatico-Vibo Valentia.

2) Bookings must be followed by an earnest of 30% of the total amount, as well as by the booking form filled in every part and signed. Bookings, that are not confirmed by earnest, are not valid.

QUOTAS SETTLEMENT
3) The stay's settlement must be paid on arrival and its amount doesn't change even in case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure.

RENOUNCEMENTS
4) Eventual guests who for unexpected obstacles have to give up the stay, will be entitled to the reimbursement of the earnest, only if they give a 30 day's notice. Communications of renouncement will be valid only by registered letter. For the terms its postmark will be considered. 

RESPONSABILITY
5) The complex Dolomiti reserves the right to itself to make changes in the programs when sudden events require it; in any case the guests cannot put in a claim for damages. Besides the complex Dolomiti will not take the responsibility for possible damages and thefts of vehicles, of boats or accessories. All the responsability's limitations of this paragraph are in favour of the complex Dolomiti snc, whose administrative office is in Briatico. For possible controversies towards the complex Dolomiti snc, the court pertaining to this, is in Vibo Valentia.

CLAIMS
6) No claim will be taken into consideration by the complex Dolomiti snc, only those declarations written and corroborated during the stay, at the Direction of this complex..
